I am only doing repairs in the US and Canada, If you are in another country I apologize but customs and shipping make it too expensive to be worth the repair.

The best thing to do is start with a diagnostic unless your sure you know exactly what is wrong with your iPod. Some problems are hidden and require replacement of other parts. Diagnostic fee is waived if you decide to do the repair.

Warranty is for 30 days on all repairs/replacements. All parts are marked for consumer protection. It's very important to identify your iPod to get the correct quote.
If in doubt check the iPod identification page then go to the repair request page for a quote.

PLEASE READ:
iPod's - If it got wet, most likely it is not repairable.
Nano's - I only service screens and batteries.
Shuffle's - I do not repair them.
